In, 2nd table; instead of unnecessary calculating subject wise grades i.e.

2] Annexture III-Grade sheet (Subject wise) :-

In this, �Total column should also include �marks and �grades sub column. So that Annex IV can be filled up.

 

 

 

 

3] Annex I and II :-CCE cycles for class I and II can be divided into two terms i.e. term I and term II (4 cycles in each terms), instead of 3 terms ; so that there can be uniformity of terms in primary section.

 

4] Annexture VI: - the format given for �Daily Activity Plan� is used nowadays for writing �Monthly Dairy�. Class wise and subject wise activities only are written in �Daily Diary� by all PRTs nowadays.

Does this mean that if P.teachers writes �Daily activity plan� as per given format , they need not write monthly dairy?-Suggestion is required
